Shipments and returns


Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are processed and shipped at the end of the pre-order window. Pre-Order items are not held in physical stock. We may choose to start processing pre-order stock prior to the pre-order window being completed depending on demand. 

Hybrid Items

Our Hybrid items mix the pre-order and standard stock processes. These items occasionally are held in stock at our office and can be shipped shortly after your order is received. Generally however your order is processed shortly after we receive your order and we often process these in batches depending on demand. Hybrid items are generally permanent stock. 

Standard Stock Items

Our standard stock items are held in stock at our office and are generally ready to be shipped within 72 hours of our team receiving your order. Occasionally we may be out of stock in a particular item, this will be displayed on our website and you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this. 


As all of our merchandise is processed and printed to order, if you simply change your mind unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund on your product. If your product for any reason arrives defective or of poor quality then please reach out to our support team who will do everything in their power to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 


Standard Shipping

Standard shipping will send your items in a standard mailing bag generally via Royal Mail. These bags are watertight and will show clear signs if the package has been tampered with. 

Premium Shipping

Some of our products offer a premium shipping option. These products will be shipped in an exclusive custom designed box, ideal for gifts. This box will then be placed inside a mailer bag to ensure the parcel is watertight and will be able to show clear signs if the package has been tempted with in shipping.
